Our approach to developing the Stants brand and culture is intentionally iterative and in-the-open. As a result, there are several pages you may encounter on our website that are still works in progress. We figured it would be better to be transparent about this (one of our values), rather than act like we have everything together. Because, we don’t.

In fact, we like to think of what we’re doing like Walt Disney did about The Happiest Place On Earth. Walt said, “Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.”

We may not be building Disneyland, exactly, but we’re certainly for increased imagination in the workplace.
