Formats
Our deliverables come in a variety of formats, but the most common include editable Google Docs, Canva files, Typeforms, Airtable interfaces, PPTs, PDFs, PNGs, MP4s, and custom webpages.
Iterations
Stand plans receive one iteration on all deliverables, while up to two iterations are offered to Strengthen and Supercharge plans. We never nickel and dime clients, but we don’t endlessly iterate, either.
Places
Client interactions are always remote and asynchronous, except in rare cases. Unless we we work in the same city (that’s sunny Phoenix, AZ), you shouldn’t expect to work face-to-face with us.
SLAs
Service level agreement (SLA) response times are 72 hours for Stand plans, 48 hours for Strengthen plans, and 24 hours for Supercharge plans. Support plan SLAs vary by scope and need.
