💪 Plan

You’re choosing our middle tier plan, which we call Strengthen. If you’re meaning to sign up for our lowest tier or highest tier plan, you should visit those links, instead.

❤️ Conduct

We intend to treat you how we would want to be treated. It’s our culture’s rule. We ask you to do the same for us.

✅ Deliverables

You’ll receive 42 deliverables from us as part of this plan. We’ll update all of those deliverables up to two times, but our clients rarely need more than one update. If you want more detail about each of our deliverables, we explain them elsewhere.

⏳ Timeline

It will take us between 3 and 4 months to complete this work. Of course, our timeline is largely dependent upon your timeliness in responding to us and scheduling our working sessions together. Thanks in advance for being responsive.

💻 Place

Our interactions will be 100% remote and mostly asynchronous. Web conferences are part of this work, but don’t expect us to be face-to-face with you unless we work in the same city (that’s sunny Phoenix, AZ, in case your interested) and we’ve told you in writing that we’re available for in-person sessions. Ah, the wonders of technology.

💸 Price

You will pay us $24,000 for this work. If you wish to upgrade your engagement with us before this project is completed, $18,000 of these fees will be credited toward your new contract’s price.

🥾 Upgrades

If you’ve already worked with us previously and you’re upgrading your contract from our Stand plan, your total price will be reduced by $8,000, you will receive up to 18 less deliverables, and your timeline will be sped up by 4 to 6 weeks since we will have completed—or at least started—the Cue and Catalog phases of our work with you.

💳 Payment

You’ll pay for this work upfront. If you choose to pay for this work monthly rather than in advance, you will be charged an additional 15%, making the total price $27,600 and charged at a rate of $9,200 each month. There’s a payment link that you’ll receive after agreeing to this engagement, and our work won’t begin until your first payment is received. All subsequent payments will be due upon receipt.

🤫 Confidentiality

Unless we have your agreement in writing, we won’t publicly share that we’ve worked with you or what the specifics of our conversations were. Mum’s the word.

✍️ Contract

Even though this friendly version of our contract may get the gist across, these points definitely don’t represent all the details of your agreement to work with us, so if you want to read the fine print, go ahead and bore yourself with comb through our master service agreement (MSA). By working with us in any way, you agree to the whole enchilada.
