In the interest of living out our value for transparency, we want to be crystal clear with you about what to expect as we help catalog your culture. Once you’re done reading this friendly contract of sorts, you’ll be asked to fill out a quick form that formally engages us in working together. We’re jazzed.

We don’t like contracts very much. In our humble opinion, they rarely encourage a spirit of togetherness. Still, they’re helpful when it comes to knowing what we’re saying “Yes” to (and saying “No” to, of course). With that in mind, allow us to layout what you’re agreeing to by hiring us for this engagement.
🦶 Plan
You’re choosing our lowest tier plan, which we call Stand. If you’re meaning to sign up for our middle tier or highest tier plans, you should visit those links, instead.
❤️ Conduct
We intend to treat you how we would want to be treated. It’s our culture’s rule. We ask you to do the same for us.
✅ Deliverables
You’ll receive 18 deliverables from us as part of this plan. We’ll update all of those deliverables one time, after we review them together and get your initial feedback. If you want more detail about each of our deliverables, we explain them elsewhere.
⏳ Timeline
It will take us between 4 and 6 weeks to complete this work. Of course, our timeline is largely dependent upon your timeliness in responding to us and scheduling our working sessions together. Thanks in advance for being responsive.
💻 Place
Our interactions will be 100% remote and mostly asynchronous. Web conferences are part of this work, but don’t expect us to be face-to-face with you unless we work in the same city (that’s sunny Phoenix, AZ, in case your interested) and we’ve told you in writing that we’re available for in-person sessions. Ah, the wonders of technology.
💸 Price
You will pay us $10,000 for this work. If you wish to upgrade your engagement with us before this project is completed, $8,000 will be credited toward your new contract’s price.
💳 Payment
You’ll pay for this work upfront. There’s a payment link that you’ll receive after agreeing to this engagement, and our work won’t begin until your first payment is received.
🤫 Confidentiality
Unless we have your agreement in writing, we won’t publicly share that we’ve worked with you or what the specifics of our conversations were. Mum’s the word.
✍️ Contract
Even though this friendly version of our contract may get the gist across, these points definitely don’t represent all the details of your agreement to work with us, so if you want to read the fine print, go ahead and bore yourself with comb through our master service agreement (MSA). By working with us in any way, you agree to the whole enchilada.

We’re happy to share about our solutions and process in detail.

You don’t have to do any prep prior to us getting started. Our guided surveys, forms, and sessions will make the entire process very easy on you.

You won’t be charged for anything more than the fees outlined in this contract unless you request services and deliverables above and beyond those we describe in our standard deliverable list. That said, there are no add-on options for Stand, so we promise $10,000 is all you’ll pay.

We don’t charge per hour. The fees outlined in this engagement are fixed and inclusive.

We credit your account. For example, if you pay $10,000 for the Stand plan then decide you want to go with the Strengthen plan instead, we’ll credit $8,000 to your total Strengthen plan fees of $24,000, reducing your total cost for Strengthen from $24,000 to $16,000. If you want to go with our top tier Supercharge plan, we’ll still credit that $8,000 to your total fees, reducing the total cost of that plan from $54,000 to $46,000. Easy peasy.
